Three Hours

So on the flight to Germany and back, I read a book by Jorge Cruise called "The 3-Hour Diet." It was a very poorly written book. He just said the same things over and over again and it really didnt have much of a flow. It was just a bunch of random health tips thrown into fatten up a diet plan that can be summarized in 8 words. And to save you the time, here they are: "Eat small meals or snacks every three hours."

Being the diet adventurer that I am, I decided to try it. I am going to ease into it though. I figure there are two main concepts that can be derived from the plan:
Eat every three hours. Eat small meals. For now, I'll start with #1.
